The new 80,500 square feet Sailing Center houses classrooms, a
gallery, event space, locker rooms, a boat maintenance facility, and the
junior fleet program. Keeping with the charm and location of the
building, the door hardware was provided in a warm antique bronze
oiled finish. Grade 1 3800 Series mortise locks, 4500 Series exit devices,
5100 Series door closers, were provided along with three-knuckle
hinges, threshold and weatherstripping products.
